The Shining

For this project, I redesigned the cover and full jacket layout for Stephen King’s The Shining. My goal was to visually capture the psychological tension and isolation that define the novel while creating a bold, modern horror aesthetic. I focused on dramatic typography, a dark color palette, and layered visual elements to reflect the unsettling atmosphere of the Overlook Hotel. In addition to the front cover, I designed the spine, back cover, and interior layout elements to create a cohesive and immersive book package.
